Available for daily rental, enjoy a weekend get-away in the country. This loft has one bedroom/living area, a full kitchen and bathroom. Features include A/C, ceiling fans, landline for phone with unlimited long distance (within the United States), high-speed internet service, DISH cable network, abundance of large shade trees, front porch overlooking the ranch and a private security gate.
There is a picnic area next to the scenic large tank near the cottage. There is a paddock available for stabling 1-2 horses.
Linens are provided. The loft is supplied with pots, pans, silverware, glassware, china, range, microwave and refrigerator. Snacks, coffee, creamer and suger are complimentary.
This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed. The loft will accommodate 1-3 persons. Daily rental of the loft is $123 which includes tax for double occupancy. Extra guests are $20 each. Deposit of one night's lodging is required (non-refundable). We accept paypal, cash and money orders.
Rental of the paddock for horses is $25 per day per horse, hay and water included. You provide your own grain. A negative coggins is required per horse.
We are located near Prairieville, which is approximately 15 miles from the Canton city limits and 8 miles from Cedar Creek Reservoir.
