Available for daily rental, enjoy a weekend get-away in the country. This cottage has one bedroom, a full kitchen and bathroom, a full living room and dining area. Features include A/C, ceiling fans in every room, landline for phone with unlimited long distance (within the United States), high-speed internet service, DISH cable network, abundance of large shade trees, covered front porch, and privacy front gate.
There is a picnic area next to the scenic large tank near the cottage. There is a paddock available for stabling 1-2 horses.
Linens are provided. The cottage is supplied with pots, pans, silverware, drinking glasses, china, range, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator.
This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed. The cottage will accommodate 1-6 guests. Daily rental for double occupancy of the cottage is $133 which includes tax. Extra guests are $20 each. Coffee, creamer, sugar and snacks are complimentary.
Rental of the paddock for horses is $25 per day per horse, hay and water included. You provide your own grain. A current negative coggins is required for each horse.
We are located near Prairieville, which is approximately 15 miles from the Canton city limits and 8 miles from Cedar Creek Reservoir.
